Hotel Sümengen, a converted Ottoman Mansion, has recently been completely renovated and decorated in the Ottoman Style. The property had 33 rooms before the renovation.After the renovation, the size of each room was englarged to result in 25 larger rooms. The hotel is situated in a truly excellent location and surrounded by major historical and cultural sights in the heart of the old city of İstanbul.The hotel terrace, restaurant, and the newly introduced sea view rooms with jacuzzi,offer an excellent panoramic view of the Bosphorus, the sea of Marmara, and the Asian side of Istanbul.

All guest rooms are equipped with a large private bathroom(bathtub&WC), direct dial telephone, whisper quiet air-conditioning, LCD TV & cable TV system with international channels, mini-bar, laptop size safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities, central heating, hair-dryer, free wireless internet access . Room service is available 24 hours.

Superior Rooms

There are eleven lovely Superior Rooms (7 twin bed and 4 double bed rooms).
The rooms are beautifully furnished, including hand made Turkish rugs, and fitted with a large spa-bath including specially designed İznik tiles and ceramics,laptop size safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities.

Deluxe Rooms

There are eight elegantly decorated and beautifully furnished deluxe rooms.These rooms include a king size bed and a fold-out sofa bed surrounded by rich wood furnishings and hand made Turkish rugs.
The sitting area is comfortably and stylishly furnished with the sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, LCD TV, work desk, laptop size safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities.
The deluxe rooms are fitted with a large spa-bath,decorated with specially designed İznik tiles and ceramics.

Bosphorus View Rooms With Jacuzzi

These rooms are elegantly decorated and beautıfully furnished. These rooms include king size beds surrounded by rich wood furnishings and hand made Turkish rugs.There are four bright, spacious rooms with an excellent panoramic view of the Bosphorus, the sea of Marmara and the Asian side of Istanbul.
The sitting area is comfortably and stylishly furnished with a sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, LCD TV, work desk, laptop size safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities.
The rooms are fitted with a Bosphorus view jacuzzi,specially designed İznik tiles and ceramics,and private bathrooms with showers.

FAMILY ROOMS

There are two family rooms. Larger enough and separated conveniently to accomodate both parents and children comfortably.There is a King-size bed in one section for the parents and a single bed and sofa bed in the other section for children. Rooms include rich wood furnishings and Turkish rugs. A family room can accommodate up to 5 people.The rooms are fitted with a large spa-bath, decorated with specially designed İznik tiles and ceramics, laptop size safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities.
